Hello guys, Today i will tell you about CUCUMBER. Cucumbers are a refreshing, nutritious and incredibly versatile addition to any diet. They are low in calories but contain many important vitamins and minerals, as well as a high water content.

Eating cucumbers may lead to many potential health benefits, including weight loss, balanced hydration, digestive regularity and lower blood sugar levels.

Cucumber is a widely cultivated plant and it belongs to the family called Cucurbitaceae. It is a creeping vine that bears cylindrical fruits that are used as culinary vegetables.  There are three main varieties of cucumber: Slicing, Pickling, and burp less.

Within these varieties,  several different cultivates have emerged. The cucumber is originally from Southern Asia, but now grows on mist continents. Many different varieties are traded on the global market.

The fruit of a cucumber is roughly cylindrical, elongated with tapered ends, and may be as large as 60 centimeters long and 10 centimeters in diameter.
